Salerno |
| Mr. Salerno, Chairman, who also serves
as president and principal of O'Connor & Drew, CPA's, has
been serving the needs of automobile dealers since 1975. His
special areas of expertise include dealership taxation, business
succession and estate planning, and dealership financial
management. |

| Joe
Greenspan |
| Mr. Greenspan, CEO, is also the
Director of the Automobile Accounting Division of O'Connor &
Drew. Joe is recognized, nationwide, as an industry expert and
assists clients with business valuations and succession issues,
financial workouts, and dealership sales and acquisition. |

| Michael
McKean |
| Mr. McKean, President, developed his
dealership managment skills during fifteen years of service with
the Ford Motor Dealer Development organization. Working with
some of the largest and most successful dealer groups in the
country, Michael has created and refined the Customer Based
Management System, which is the company's hallmark. |
