We are private placement brokers. Together with our sister company, O'Connor&Drew, P.C., we have a nation wide network of qualified buyers who we know are motivated to purchase your business. We deal with these buyers directly. We will not mass market your dealership. You will not see your business advertised in trade publications and we do not mail fliers to hundreds of individuals who would like to be, but are unqualified to be, dealers.

Our fee structure is fair and simple and unlike many automotive brokers, we will not accept fees from both sides of the deal. You deserve a representative who is working just for you; not someone whose interests are conflicted by a two-sided fee arrangement.

We understand the marketplace and know how to maximize value. Anyone can place a classified ad in the Automotive News, but identifying value and turning it into cash requires a trained and seasoned professional who is active in the marketplace. We manage every aspect of the transaction. There is more to it than finding a qualified buyer. The deal needs to be negotiated, you will need a valid buy-sell agreement, the buyer needs to make application to the manufacturer, often sensitive issues need to be resolved, and finally there is the actual takeover and closing. We are involved in every detail and our expertise is your assurance the transaction will be successfully completed in a timely manner.
