and facilitates Management Development Forums for a
variety of disciplines within the retail automotive
industry, including multi-franchised dealers, chief
operating officers, chief financial officers,
comptrollers, and human resource directors. These groups
meet three times per year to discuss related current
issues, benchmark "best practices," learn new
skills and motivate each other to excellence. OCD
